1. What is your warranty?
We offer a lifetime warranty on the workmanship. The warranty does not cover impact cracks but does cover stress cracks. For more details see here.

3. How long does it take to change a glass?
Under normal working conditions, it takes about an hour to change your auto glass. We have a comfortable waiting room stocked with wireless internet access, plenty of magazines and a movie library to help pass the time.
4. Can I drop off my car and pick it up later?
Yes, you can drop off your car, but it will only take an hour to replace so you can wait for it if you would like. Cars left overnight are kept in our secure garage.
5. Do you take insurance claims?
Yes, we take all insurance claims, and we will file the appropriate paper work.
6. Do you accept checks?
Unfortunately, we do not accept checks, but we do accept all major credit cards and cash.
7. Do you provide mobile service?
Yes, we provide on-site service to your home or work. Most onsite appointments can be made for the same day.
8. Can I wash and drive my car after replacement of my glass?
You cannot wash your car immediately after installation of a windshield, back glass, and most quarter glass, but you can drive off immediately after the installation. We recommend not washing any replaced or repaired glass for at least 24 hours.
9. Can I repair a chipped windshield?
Your windshield can be repaired if the stone chip is the equivalent or smaller than a quarter.
